Not professional. No compassion.
I called because of issue with Eagle Moderator which they seem to think will supports big bore .51 4500psi airgun (AEA MEG .51). The projectile barely clears the holes in all the baffles that it would have to pass through. I informed them that it does not appear to be safe and that I was really scared to use the suppressor and would like to return. They were reluctant and not concerned about my sincere human concern. NO compassion. I called - the guy ADAM screamed at me (i remained calm, lol). Stopped responding and no RMA sent. I had to open a case with my payment institution. Not very professional at all. Beware.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take product-safety questions seriously and regret that you felt your concerns were not handled appropriately. When you contacted us, we investigated the matter by reaching out to Airgun Capital and speaking with the engineer who designed the Eagle Moderator. We were advised that the moderator is manufactured with very tight internal tolerances by design to maximize sound suppression, and that it is intended for use with the .51 caliber application specified for your purchase. We also offered to process a return in accordance with our posted return policy. Under that policy, eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee; the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. Because the concern was based on your personal assessment of the internal clearance—not a product being shipped for the wrong caliber or being shown to be defective—we were unable to offer a full refund outside those policy terms. We are sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. Our intention was to investigate the concern responsibly and provide the available resolution under our published policy. For safety, customers should always follow the manufacturer’s specifications and obtain qualified professional guidance before using any moderator or accessory.
