The concept is great but the app is a mess. It takes ages to load and sometimes it just doesn’t. When you want to end the parking , very often you won’t see the page. The next day you receive a text that you have to pay the full day parking. It’s very frustrating. I much rather pay in person.

My experience with AirGarage was extremely frustrating. The parking area did not have clear signs posted in front of the parking poles, making it easy to miss important parking information. After receiving a parking ticket, I tried contacting customer service, but it felt like I was only interacting with automated bots instead of getting real help. The lack of clear signage and effective customer support made for a very disappointing experience.

Predatory business practice. Once you had paid for parking once they steal money from you using your saved payment method. They will say it’s error but there is no follow up to refund and no way to get ahold of anyone who will actually help.

Thieves! They overcharged me 80 bucks and after a whole month they still haven't returned my money. Now they say because it's been over 30 days they can't do anything. So they get to steal from me because I don't check my statements every month? I have automatic payments so I don't have to! On top of that, their crappy app doesn't even work on Galaxy phones — I have to carry two phones every time I want to park. Who the hell needs two phones just to park their car? Absolute garbage company with zero customer service. Stay far away from these crooks. Zero stars, I hope they go bankrupt.

Worst parking experience ever. Place was covered in trash and they over packed people in so there was no room. No tenants on duty and when i was blocked in because they over booked and reached out to them they responded there is nothing they can do have a nice day. Ruined the event and the night.

Can't figure it out. In error was charged $25 for 12 hour parking even though I was also charged correctly $4 when we left the lot. AND I HAD THE APP! Great for parking lot owners but they could care less about the customers. We are never going back to the lot and the businesses we had visited for over 15 years. A shame.

I didn’t see any signs that indicated I had to pay for parking at a small lot right in front of a pizza restaurant. As I’m driving home, I see a ticket on my windshield. They want to charge me $78 for the hour that I was parked without paying. I truly had no idea I was supposed to pay. I’d be happy to pay the normal parking fee, not $78!!! That’s insane.
