This company is horrible to work with and their product is cheap. Even though their website says that it will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days mine took several weeks and then by the time it finally arrived, I had already had to buy another gift to replace it since it did not arrive on time for my gift exchange that I had ordered it for. I contacted them to return the products that I had purchased and they would not allow me to return them. I would recommend not ordering from this company!

I like my airbrush overall, I use it regularly. I had to go back and forth with the company to get an issue settled when I first received it and it was took a lot of time and energy. They corrected it but it took weeks and talking to multiple people. I think improving the customer service function is vital, and not having so many people answer differently even if there was a a email thread attached that already made a decision.

I put this product on one of my lists to buy after seeing it on an allure ad and made the unfortunate mistake of not reading any reviews. When the airbrush was first ordered, it took over two weeks to arrive not only did it take over two weeks when it arrived. The box had rips, and the cord on the airbrush has multiple dents in it as if it was already used still having hope I gave the airbrush a try and after using it to dry my hair with the hairdryer attachment, then using the round brush attachment, my hair felt very, very dry. I typically use the Revlon round dry drying brush to dry my hair after a shower, and I never have any issues with the dryness, nor do I have issues with it pulling out my hair however, this airbrush was not only pulling my hair out on the actual attachment. It was sucking my hair up at the bottom of the tool where the air gets sucked in when I went to the website to see about a return policy and getting a refund I quickly realized that is most likely not going to happen since they only will refund for “faulty products“. Awful airbrush brand very cheap and plastic like.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Website!! DO NOT ORDER!! 0 STARS!! My card was charged by this company and was not authorised. They are aware and kept spinning emails that a refund would be organised but they are now blocking my emails. No product has been received and there is no contact number to call this "company". They falsely claim they are in Australia, however they are in China in Guangdong (CN). Even on the transaction it says "SP Airbrush AU London". This is 100% FALSE. I've raised a Visa dispute with my bank. BE AWARE!!

Wow I really wish I read the reviews on this site before I bought this garbage. They never respond to emails or any other way to get ahold of them. Delivery was a nightmare what a scam this is stay far away from this illegal company. Nothing compared to a Dyson. I would return it but you can't get ahold of anyone. So ridiculous what a trash company. I hope you go out of business

Do not purchase.. this an average product which claims to be Dyson quality.. obviously for the price (under £100) I wasn’t expecting it to be but it’s not even close to a Revlon one step which is £30. My hair gets a way better blow and volume. The air-wand is average and I’ve used it on towel dried hair as per the tutorials.. they is no cold setting just warm.. so useless for setting the curl! It took ages to arrive and the box was dented and leaks black dust. Based on the reviews below I’m waiting for it to break!

PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT, DO NOT PURCHASE! I was excited to receive this airbrush as a Christmas gift after reading all the RAVE reviews on their website and how it was supposed to be superior to all the others. However after trying it for the first time I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It DOES NOT work. It is extremely loud, smelled like it was burning , only has one speed and the hair curling wands don’t even work. The list goes on and on! I had to switch to my regular hair dryer to finish drying my hair. The styler used in the videos by the girls isn’t even the same styler. Totally miss leading and false advertising. What a complete waste of money and they don’t even give a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE!! PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT!!

I so wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing! Product is cheaply made, blows cold air, creates more frizz, and simply does not work at all as described. No response to my request to return & I based on these reviews I doubt I’ll hear from them at all. Total waste of $100.
