I didn't realize this was coming from overseas. I'm not happy with the right and left attachments. An attachment like a curling iron has to hold the hair would be helpful.

AWFUL! As soon as I picked up the product I could tell this was not going to work. It did not dry ANY hair, the product itself is a JOKE! I'm embarrassed I fell for this scam :( Do NOT ORDER! You cannot return!!

After reading all these reviews after I purchased but hasn’t shipped yet. I truly they hope they refund the money before they ship it. I am reaching out to them before they shipped my product for a refund. No one got back with me. And now I have an email that says my product has shipped and the money has already been taken from my account. I tried to email them at the address they had listed to contact and it’s not even a real email address. So definitely this company is fraud.

I would give this zero stars if that were an option. Do not buy from this company. This product is absolute junk—and somehow, their customer service is even worse. The brush barely heats up and is completely ineffective. It simply does not work. When I contacted customer service for a return, they sent me in circles, repeatedly demanding videos of me using the device. I complied multiple times, and it was very clear I was using it correctly. The product still didn’t work. Their solution? They claimed they had “moved warehouses” and therefore had no physical address to accept a return. Instead, they offered me a pathetic 20% refund. Eighteen dollars does nothing for the useless piece of garbage I’m now stuck with. This company sold me a defective product and then refused to stand behind it. I have never dealt with a more blatant scam. Save your money and your sanity—do not order from this company. Buyer beware.

This dryer sucked my daughter's hair in the roller attachment. She had a small section of hair and was using the product correctly. It took 40 minutes and lots of pain to get her hair out and it almost had to be cut out. DO NOT BUY. I have tried to get money back, but they are demanding video and I only have pictures. We are not going to use dryer again to get video. Complete scam product.

I was contacted by customer service with the generous offer of replacement of the device or a $50 refund for this device. The agent was kind and understanding and I was quite frankly shocked that they took the time and made such a great effort to satisfy me! Kudos to the company!!

Do not buy. I purchased this airbrush device in November 2025 believing it was an Australian product with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely poor and concerning. The device malfunctioned with no obstruction present and quickly caused my house to fill with smoke and a burning smell, creating a serious safety and fire risk. I have video evidence of the unit glowing red. This is not a minor fault — it is dangerous. I contacted the seller several times. Their response relied on unreasonable warranty terms (30 days) that focused on “troubleshooting” rather than guaranteeing a safe, compliant, working product. Despite the obvious fault and safety issue, they refused to provide a refund. The website also claims awards, but I could not find any independent verification of these claims. Based on my experience and other reviews, the marketing appears misleading with false advertising. Under Australian Consumer Law, a product that is unsafe and not fit for purpose is a major failure, and a refund should be provided. That has not happened. I strongly do not recommend this product or seller. The safety risk alone makes it not worth the money. Quote from the email received from the seller after several unsuccessful attempts of a refund or replacement: “we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide the RCM registration or certification documents requested. Additionally, please understand that, as per our policy, we cannot process returns outside the 30-day warranty window from delivery”. Please do not buy this non-compliant and dangerous appliance. I’m now taking this matter further.

Horrible customer service. Return “policy” is rediculous. Mine doesn’t heat up hot and they want me to send video with a thermometer in it proving it. The product is so cheap.
