We do send a renewal reminder email 14 days prior to your renewal, advising you of your renewal date and the renewal amount. However, if the email address that you used when purchasing All in One SEO Pro was no longer active, then this would explain why you didn't receive the renewal reminder. Hi Deirdre, I’m truly sorry to hear that you were charged unexpectedly; I understand how frustrating that can be. Please know that we prioritize sending a renewal reminder 14 days before your renewal date, along with the amount that will be charged. I checked your account and found that we sent a renewal reminder to you on November 1st. We also responded to each of your questions to our Support team, but I see our replies may not have reached you at the email address you gave us. It’s unfortunate, but sometimes our emails can end up in spam filters, which can cause this kind of communication breakdown. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, as we only had the email address you supplied during your purchase and subsequent interactions. I want to assure you that we issued a refund on November 19th, and you should have received that in your PayPal account. I’m really sorry for the difficulties you’ve experienced with receiving our emails. We did our best to respond to you every time you reached out, but unfortunately, it seems our messages didn’t get through.
