I have been charged for a product that I have never used. This is causing an insane amount of stress. I have emailed but with no response whatsoever. I am unable to access the account that I created with them. No response to my emails. The money may not seem like much to them but it's money that I genuinely need. Be careful if you use this company or make sure you have big pockets. Very stressful.

If you use their services even once, they will forever spam you without possibility to unsubscribe. Oh, and it's also almost impossible to actually cancel their plugin paid plan once you start using it. Wouldn't recommend, it's borderline illegal to be this difficult to stop using a service * I see the company tries to act stupid - the unsubscribe button doesn't actually work in their emails. BUt hey, thanks for reply, otherwise I would never think to do that!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PAY FOR THIS! They charged me for a year ($1000+ CAD) and upon realizing that the subscription was not in fact cancelled like I thought (And many others also experience) they refused to reimburse me. Their plugin also slows down websites. Just... steer clear. Update: Hiding behind a return policy isn't good customer service. I didn't ask for a full refund, only pro-rated, which is an acceptable term. You could have cancelled my service, which is going to sit unused because honestly, the websites are better off without your software. To anyone else looking: Yoast, SEOPress or Rankmath are far better options.

Unfortunetly paied plugin when expired doesn`t allow to use it - all options are greyed out not like other plugin that only updates are not possible.

I signed up for a one-year trial and, after finding the tool less useful than advertised, decided not to renew. A couple of weeks before my renewal, I followed their cancellation process, enduring multiple "Are you sure you want to cancel?" prompts—because apparently, they believe that if you click "No" enough times, you'll magically change your mind. After finally reaching the finish line (or so I thought), I encountered a lovely error message. Fine. I went back, removed my billing info, and assumed common sense would prevail. Spoiler alert: It did not. On February 23rd, my credit card was still charged $749. When I reached out, AIOSEO support generously (insert sarcasm here) informed me that, per their "terms of service," no refunds are issued on renewals. But because they’re so gracious, they would refund me minus a 10% administrative fee—for a product I actively tried to cancel. How kind. So let me get this straight: Their system fails, I provide proof, and I still get penalized? That’s a bold business model. If you're considering AIOSEO, be very aware: The real optimization here isn’t for SEO—it’s for making sure they keep your money, no matter what. Would give zero stars if I could.
