Exceptional support during a complicated MCP setup I experienced several confusing issues while connecting AIOSEO’s MCP functionality to two WordPress websites. The setup initially showed that the MCP Adapter was installed even though the standalone plugin was missing and the endpoint did not exist. Shivam took the problem seriously, investigated it thoroughly and eventually installed the missing adapter and verified the connection himself. On my second website, SEO updates reported success but did not persist. Controlled testing showed that a third-party backup plugin was reverting the changes. This was not an AIOSEO saving bug, although AIOSEO could improve the process by verifying that changes have persisted before reporting success. Shivam was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in finding the real causes. He also passed my findings and suggestions to the development team. Five stars for Shivam’s support. Four stars overall because the misleading setup status and success response caused considerable unnecessary troubleshooting. With clearer validation and error reporting, this would have been a five-star experience.

Just want to add an amendment to this as AIOSEO has since refunded me most of the annual fee (although not the full amount) which is much appreciated. I have subsequently upgraded my rating to 4 stars. AIOSEO charged my card €247 without any prior warning. I had decided not to renew it as it was part of a subscription that I took out with Monsterinsights which has been cancelled. I have now sent 3 emails through their "support" (note the irony) facility and have received no response. I am really annoyed and fed up just want to warn others about this.

Had AIOSEO for about a year now. There was no warning about an impending renewal and then out of nowhere, a $749 charge. There is no reason not to send some warning about an impending charge. ## update They did right by me.

OVERALL GREAT FREE EXTENSION. LOVE:- - The simplicity, speed of the extension! - The added useful Links to other related 3rd Party Tools. - Free and instant insights, No login required etc. COULD IMPROVE - Being pedantic, but 'could' give pointers/examples, on HOW to improve or what to say instead, for various weaknesses.

The system and setup are easy to understand, even for those with zero knowledge of programming and coding skill.

Great plugin! Really liked the competitor comparison and the latest SEO practices.

Seo plugins after i making extra check on others WP plugins for SEO. Although I have been using a free version, it still works best and helps me out with SEO problems. since the AIOSEO plugin is installed on my website and it has been me to the best SEO solutions.

Great support, easy to set up, all working connections, very nice that AI is now available.
