They steal your money! I bought 1 air purifier and 1 humidifier, they never sent them, no one has answers to the order tracking, after 1 week trying to find answers they say they will give me my money back because the products are out of stock, they are irresponsible and play with your money.

Company is Liars and Thieves!! Stole $53 from me after going back and forth with them since July 12th! I ordered from their website on July 4th. 2 outdoor cameras and 2 indoor cameras. After asking for a refund for 3 weeks for product never received they sent the 2 outdoor cameras and have been lying about my refund since July 12th. On Friday Sept 6th I received and email saying that my money had been refunded and couldn’t be refunded again🙁???? My bank have search each time they claimed they sent it. I have an email from 8/9 saying they refunded my money that never showed up. I have an email on 8/30 saying that they sent all the cameras so then when I sent proof that I only received 2 cameras I received and email on 9/3 saying that my refund will be sent!! I even gave them ann option to ship the 2 indoor cameras overnight like they did the outdoor ones even though I had been asking for a refund for 3 weeks. All in all I have only 2 of the 4 cameras and $53 stolen from me!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PERSON THAT ANSWER AND TELL YOU THAT A SPECIALIST WILL EMAIL YOU🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

If I could leave a one star rating I would. I purchased a pool vacuum from Aidot less than a year ago and when it failed to work, the company just gave me nothing but the runaround and false information concerning a replacement. Horrible customer service. They lied to me over one dozen times over a six week period and still no resolution. Horrible company. Do not purchase from Aidot.

The product doesn't work. The vacuum itself will not turn on. Still dealing with multiple emails with no resolution. You can only talk to one person Tom who is no help and Deric by email who is no help. Still trying to get issue resolved and no luck and no help

Disappointed! The product doesnt work. I'm returning immediately.

I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either. I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded. I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.

Needed to return an item I no longer needed but customer service is saying the package had been opened and used showing signs of staining, I asked for pictures showing the staining with no answer. They’re only offering me 50%credit. This is a joke and ripoff

I ordered a 4pk of bulbs and 2 different cameras When the package arrived, there were no cameras. I contacted Aidot 2 different times via email, and got no satisfaction.
