It was easy to order from your website. The only complaint I had was no tracking number. Every time I tried to click on the tracking information I was told that the order number and tracking number did not exist. I thought I was scammed and was not getting the vacuum. The communication with you was good later but we need more confident communication and tracking information right after ordering.
