The representative who took my call was exceptionally friendly compared to most customer service representatives in this day and age. I can’t remember EXACTLY what he said at the end of our conversation, but it was nice enough to leave me with a good feeling about doing business with your company.

Please allow me to thank you for Ahoy being an honest and reliable company. I thought that on renewal my rates doubled but I was mistaken I read the invoice incorrectly the renewal annual price actually went down.. my apologies. Thank you Cindy!
