Hello Tyler and thank you for the review. We value our community members, specifically existing customers so we are glad we could issue a new policy after the MVR has been cleared. Hello Thomas, thank you for your feedback. Indeed, yesterday we experienced issues with the telephony system for a couple of hours due to problems the telephone service provider had. As soon as we found out about the issues we worked with the service provider to fix those. All in all we experienced such issues for a couple of hours and now the system is back up. We aspire to provide our fellow insured boaters the best offering at the highest quality possible. As such we take cases like this very seriously and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. We are thrilled that once you were able to connect with Gordon (who worked with you) the service was of high quality.
