Equipment purchase
I found what I wanted on your web site. I had a few questions which were answered for me via email. I ordered the equipment, which was a wooden trolley cart, and it came packaged very well. Everything was enclosed and it was easy to finish putting it together. I would order from this company again.

Great Item with Fast Shipping!
I ordered a dryer chair and hair dryer. Received a call within a few hours confirming my shipping address and received a week later. Very courteous people and prompt shipping.

I am not happy for policy (buy it and get it )
We should have term or condition to canceled order in on week or 30 days return policy (even we just order in less than 48 hrs) .

However, after investigating your case, we have to point out that what you stated here does not reflect the truth - 1. You placed an order with us and, at your request, held it at our warehouse for nearly one month. Before or after shipping your order, you never contacted us for a cancellation or return of your order. 2. AGS BEAUTY offer the best return policies in the salon equipment industry. It states very clearly on our "Terms and Conditions" page that we have a standard 30-day return policy from the date the order is shipped, and, unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge re-stocking fee (which usually stands at up to 30% of the purchase amount) on most of our products. quality stuff
I have used AGS Beauty twice. Both times everything came quickly and in great condition. I also like that they have items that are different than all the standard beauty supplies.
