This company is not trustworthy and I think they are a scam. I emailed them before I signed up because when you sign up for an appointment they make you put in a credit card number but I still had 5 weeks on my old medication so I emailed them before I signed up and asked them when I would be charged because I didn't want to be charged for the month that I still had medication and they emailed me back and said I definitely would not be charged until after my consultation appointment and so I signed up and they charged me immediately. It took me over a week and about seven emails to get them to refund that money. I told them I wanted to cancel my account and that I needed some time to figure out if they were trustworthy enough for me to go forward with. And then today on the first of the following month they charged me again. I believe they are a scam and cannot be trusted. Do not give them your credit card information. I have called them again and requested a refund and told them that for real they need to cancel my account but we'll see if it actually happens. Be cautious.

I interacted via text message which would be great but your software is not good. I could not be sure my refill order was successful. What you do is not healthcare. You provide a medical product with seemingly only expedience and profit in mind. If you want to provide healthcare you must build CARE into your processes.

Agile Telehealth – poor experience
I signed up for medication months ago. They sent the wrong prescription once; when I called, they said there was nothing they could do—I had to pay for it. They later sent the correct one, but required me to pay for that replacement too.
After two successful deliveries, I requested cancellation. I’ve now called four times—each time they’ve confirmed verbally and in writing that the account is closed. On previous calls—even before eight-thirty—they told me it was done.
This morning, they said the account is still open and they can’t close it until after eight-thirty, when someone ‘gets in.’ Same excuse as before. Calls involve multiple transfers, and cancellation promises aren’t honored. They’ve refunded two charges but not the third, and now they’re billing again.
Service is unreliable, hard to exit, and inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Bottom of the Barrel - Avoid!
I found Agile through my HSA, and decided to go with them over the more well-known platforms. I felt confident that they were legit since they were partnered with HealthEquity, but that is not the case!
I completed their online assessment and was told I was eligible for treatment and would receive my first months meds within a few business days! I paid the first payment of $199 for one month of medication (semaglutide) and I was officially “subscribed” to Agile Health on Friday, March 6. It wasn’t until AFTER I paid that I was told I actually WAS NOT eligible yet. I now had to make an appointment with one of their specialists to decide if I would qualify and for which medications. I may also need to get additional labs and bloodwork at my own expense before I could be approved. This was not at all what I was told before I made payment, but okay I guess.. On to setting up that appointment! This process was a bit annoying because it kept saying “try again, this appt time is no longer available” no matter what time or day I chose. I gave up on it but eventually it worked when I came back to it later.
The initial excitement I had when I signed up was short-lived. I felt misled and the patient portal was really bare-bones and low quality. There’s no way to change or cancel an appointment once it’s made. So I had to send messages in the portal ( which is not responsive or by any means a quick process of communication) in order to reschedule my appointment time. There’s also no way to cancel your subscription in the portal (I believe the FTC put this into law last year that they have to make this option visible? The cancellation process needs to be just as simple as the subscribe process). It just seems shady and very outdated. I felt regret creeping over me and I realized I probably couldn’t afford what this was likely going to end up costing me.
So, I reached out to customer service on Sunday, March 8. I asked to cancel my subscription and requested they please refund me since I hadn’t started the process yet- no consultation, no medications, no contact with anyone there at all yet other than them spamming me about setting up ANOTHER appointment (this one for coaching). The next day March 9, a rep responded and said he could apply a one time coupon for $100, but no acknowledgment of my request. I asked again to please refund me and cancel the subscription. Some back and forth ensued and ultimately they sent me an email stating they had cancelled my subscription. I said thank you and asked again if they would be refunding the $199 charge, but got no response. March 10, I sent another email in the morning requesting a refund and explained again that I had not had a consultation or even been approved to receive medication at this point, no response. March 11, I finally received an email from “Zia” stating that she understood my concerns but unfortunately my order has “already been processed” and therefore cannot be refunded. Also, I will still be receiving my medication that was apparently prescribed to me. Huh?! I responded again that this was not accurate and I had canceled successfully two days ago. No services received and no medication was ever prescribed. Unsurprisingly, Zia did not respond to my email! I did follow up again 12 hours later, but at this point I’m just appalled with this company and with myself for giving them my money. I’ll be reaching out to HealthEquity to let them know this is a really bad look for them, and I’m hoping my bank can help me get a refund. And for anyone thinking about seeking services from Agile Telehealth, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.. Literally anywhere else!
Update March 12, 2026- I wish I could get the company to reply to my emails and messages with half the urgency they give responding here to poor reviews! Agile Telehealth or OpenLoop, whoever you are- Your follow up is the same script I received in your email this morning stating I won’t be getting a refund because of your “new refund policy”, no elaboration provided by you of course. The fact is I paid $200 for a specific service and product, and due to your deceptive practices and subpar customer service, I no longer felt comfortable going through this process with you. You have provided me nothing and you DO nothing, literally you are a name slapped onto someone else’s service and company and yet still you continue to jerk me around and refuse to refund money that is rightfully mine as if you earned it somehow. There’s no scenario where you don’t owe me a full refund.

Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad. They botched sending me my medication, and when I tried to access my account so I could contact my provider about it, it wasn't working. I was then told I couldn't access it because of "maintenance" on the website. This was after multiple attempts contacting support for help only to be brushed off and ultimately ignored while trying to receive expensive medical care.
I was charged a lot of money for medication I did not receive and for a service I could not access. I told them I wanted a refund and my account canceled. They refused to refund me due to their vague "policy". I would avoid this company at all costs, there are plenty of alternatives.

NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!
Twenty percent of the reviews on this site are ONE STAR. After I signed up as a result of Health Equity's referral, only then did I read 3rd party reviews. I immediatly reversed course and spent the next three hours getting passed around and also had to call back just to get my initial consultation canceled, my $199 HSA pending charge refunded, and the monthly subscription stopped. Afterwards, I did get emails from Agile confirming cancelation and refund, but my HSA account did take a hit and another one pending. SIGH!!! Now I've got to fight that battle. I highly recommend utilizing a local compounding pharmacy if you're going to go this route. Everyone I spoke to was IMHO....offshore.

Great at first but then withheld refund/meds
I held off writing this review for over a month in order to try to allow this company ample time to make things right. But they haven’t.
Things were great for three months with Agile Health. The initial process was seamless and my medications arrived on time and the medication was working! My coach was wonderful and any questions were answered quickly.
This changed in January of 2026. I was charged on December 30 for my January meds. This was common. I filled out my intake forms as normal which you had to do before your meds could be filled.
The time came around for my meds to be sent which was normally around the second week of the month. I received no update and no meds. Luckily I had one week of meds left, so it would still be fine to receive the next week…. But the next week goes by and nothing. I reach out via email and I am assured that my request is with the doctors/pharmacy?
End of the month of January comes and I am still without my meds and guess what?! I’m charged for my February meds! Nope not happening on my watch so I call and I’m on the phone for nearly a half hour with Andrea from their CS. I am refunded my February payment which was great and I tell them at this point I just want to cancel with them and I’ll go with another company bc this is insane. I asked about getting a refund for my other January payment and she says they can’t because it’s a past the time for a refund which is BS. But that they could send me the meds. I said that’s fine. I can use those until I get set up with a new provider.
Well guess what. I’ve been playing tag you’re it with them via email since that January 26th phone call and I have yet to receive my medication or my refund. I knew I wouldn’t get the refund but I was promised the meds.
Each time I reach out they claim it’s in processing which is a joke. They do not plan on sending me my meds. Which are useless at this point. I just want my $199.
I am going to do a chargeback at this point because they are just playing me and I have given them plenty of time to remedy it.
And it’s a shame because they were fantastic to deal with up until this huge blunder.
Edit: I am STILL DEALING with Agile’s awful customer service unfortunately. They tried to offer me medication over and over but they made that process just as hard as trying to get the refund. Meeting with a physician again, filling out all of the intake papers AGAIN. Meanwhile I already have medication through another company so I don’t need this medication which I have informed them. I have kept all of my emails and at this point unfortunately I will be reaching out to consumer protection agencies and my state’s attorney general. It’s not okay to be keeping patient’s money and not resolving the issue when they were the problem, not me. They are the ones who didn’t send the medication. I had filled out all of my paperwork, I followed the process like I had every other month. I followed up with customer service. They are the ones who dragged this out and then claim they can’t refund because it’s out of the time frame. It’s terrible customer service and they were recommended by my HSA company. So I have been sure to mention it to everyone in my office so they don’t have to deal with this. Not worth the hassle! (And I can see I’m not the only one, there are several other reviews of people not getting their $).
