I canceled my subscription before the meds even shipped and they kept my full $200 payment. I canceled because they wanted a bunch of continuous bloodwork which I was told was not going to be requested

Extremely poor customer service
This company is awful to deal with! The medication came with other ingredients that were not disclosed up front. I scheduled a care appointment and nobody showed up then they marked that I canceled it! It took 2 days for a nurse to return a phone call once I had a question. As a result of all of this, I canceled my membership over their poor customer service. Once canceled, I immediately lost access to the patient portal and could not extract my prescription details. Since this is a compounded formula, that’s important health information. I called customer service and requested an email of those details and was told no. However, I’m still within my 28 days that I paid for medication. This company is awful! Do your homework! There are much better companies out there!

I would not use this company
I would not use this company. My experience was frustrating. I paid the $50 lab fee expecting to move forward with TRT, only to learn afterward that TRT services were not available in Louisiana. When I requested a refund of the lab fee, it was denied. I believe customers should be informed of state availability before they are charged. Better communication upfront would have prevented this situation.

Completely wasted my time and money…
Completely wasted my time and money getting laboratory work completed for a medication they are unable to provide based on where I live. They even had me pay for a 3 month supply of the medication, only to they find out they can't offer the medication in Louisiana. They are very disorganized and I get 3-4 text and emails each day asking for information that I have already entered on the website.

I would have given a 0 star if…
I would have given a 0 star if possible. I followed the text prompts an got my bloodwork and as soon as it was submitted, I was informed to set up a video meeting with the doctor and to pick a date. There are no dates available. After a week of talking with a receptionist who says "I see you missed the meeting" of which I never could set a meeting. Now after not getting any consultation, the receptionist states, "I cannot issue a refund because it's too late". That's not my fault. You can never meet a doctor. This is a scam.

My experience with Agile Telehealth has…
My experience with Agile Telehealth has been consistently disappointing from the very start. My first order arrived with the wrong medication, and it took multiple calls with three different providers — each giving me conflicting instructions — before Dr. Grant finally identified that the medication had been sent in the wrong quantity. He personally instructed me to follow up directly with him going forward, but when I called back to schedule with him, I was told this wasn't possible and that I'd have to see whoever was available instead, meaning I'd have to re-explain my entire medical history all over again.
On top of that, the medication I was prescribed had no effect at all, so I was left paying significant costs with zero results.
The scheduling has also been a nightmare. On one occasion, I received a confirmation for a 2:30 PM appointment, showed up, and no one was there. After waiting, I got a new notification saying it was actually at 3:00 PM — I waited again, and still no provider joined.
Communication across the platform is inconsistent, follow-up commitments (like a promised 24-hour callback) were not honored, and I never felt confident that my care was being handled with any continuity or attention to detail. I ultimately had to cancel my care altogether.
I wanted this to work, especially given the cost of the medication involved, but I can't recommend this service based on my experience.

I have concerns of the process
I'm concerned that I picked my own medication. I'm concerned that I paid for this before even talking to a clinician and knowing if I qualified. I think this system is backwards and if you're putting us on a drug then perhaps the clinician should choose which one is best for us and paying for it only after deciding if we want to move forward/knowing if we qualify and in which program we're going to be in instead of having us pick our own medication and pay for it on the front end. The clinician was great, my experience in this process was backwards and ultimately rushed.

The provider sounded like she was short on patience and had a demeaning and confrontational tone.
