I have read many negative reviews regarding confusing communication (I wrote one myself). This time around, experience went seamlessly. I received a medication refill request exactly 4 weeks after I received my first prescription. The refill request inquired about my progress, and since I haven't lost any weight yet, they doubled my dosage, so I'm hoping to see better results over the next 4 weeks. My point is that they listen and react accordingly.
