Medication arrived melted, and after several emails, nothing was done. I was repeatedly told someone would review it, but no one followed up. When I finally called, they asked why I hadn’t called sooner and promised someone would contact me—no one did.
I canceled the order, and then they told me my money would not be refunded. Zero customer service and professionalism. If you want to throw your money in the garbage, go with them.
An email was sent today per your reply to my review. Here is how your company replied:
Hi Rashin,
I am not able to issue a refund due to the refund policy. However, I can request a replacement order for you.
Thanks,
April

Charged for medication that was never…
Charged for medication that was never approved or shipped. Complete scam of a company! Maybe 2 out of 10 patients actually receive the promised service! It is easy for them to sell discount medication when they charge 5 people and only send the medication to maybe 1! Buyer beware

DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM OR PRETEND “RESOLUTION “
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM
I tried their sublingual weight loss medication in April. It was a weak compounded knockoff that did not work. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. I was invoiced for another batch I never requested and never received, then charged $200 dollars again the next month, and again, and again.
My services were terminated on May 31. Even so, they continued billing my HSA card in May, June, July, and August for medication I did not ask for, did not want, and did not receive. Because these charges hit my HSA instead of my bank or credit card, they were not as easy to catch immediately. This company took full advantage of that.
They refunded August but refused to refund the other three months, leaving me with a $600 dollar loss for products that were never shipped and never prescribed. I notified my employer and contacted multiple locations across several states so others know to stay far away from this company.
By their own admission, they took $800 dollars across four months for medication that was never requested, never received, and tied to a doctor I never saw and never received a prescription from. Their idea of fixing things is telling me to accept a 600 dollar loss while they hide behind a convenient policy window and keep money taken after my account was terminated.
———————-
Public claims of wanting to make things right mean nothing when their support team refuses to return unauthorized charges for ghost shipments. Do not do business with this company.
---
Update 1: Three Days Later
They attempted to explain the charges by comparing them to a gym membership, claiming that terminating services with the doctor did not count. They cannot sell a prescription they do not have, and even gyms stop charging you once you cancel. Their explanation made no sense and did nothing to address the fact that I was billed repeatedly for medication I never requested and never received.
---
Update 2: Their Proposed Solution
Their solution is to force me to use their services. It is like a shop owner stealing money from you and then insisting you must spend that stolen money in their store. Or a barber taking your money and demanding you get a haircut you do not want. I left because I did not want their services. Forcing me to use them now is not a solution.
I am still hoping someone reasonable eventually sees the request, but with so many one star reviews, I am seeing a real pattern. HSA refunds are harder to obtain, and this company seems to know that!!

Warm meds, poor internal communication, and 4 weeks without medication despite being billed
8/26 Update: second vial arrived 8/26 and was warm. The ice packs were warm, the medicine is warm, and it was sitting in the shade before I got home. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
8/30 Update: They told me it would be escalated and handled by the proper team. I have followed up via email multiple times and their online portal. I have not received any indication that they will be sending me new medicine that is not warm, even less a shipping notification. There is absolutely no urgency, communication, nor care for the patient. I have had to submit for a chargeback and changed to Pomegranate.
I’ve been with agile for 2 months now, and for both of my 4 week supply of medication it took upwards of 2+ weeks after being sent to the pharmacy to ship. When it does finally ship, they do not expedite the delivery to you. It is as if they want you to use the medication past the 28 day point, because if you don’t do so you will be without medicine for 2-3 weeks in my experience.
They also didn’t even get the prescription right initially. The NP that saw me recommended the injection over the pill, so I agreed to that change. Somehow they didn’t get the note from the NP and tried sending the pill rx to the pharmacy, and it took a week for me to get that corrected.
You cannot directly talk to a provider through the site, only their customer service. In addition, I had appointments rescheduled without my knowledge.
For context, I was billed 8/3 and should have had the fresh vial by 8/5 to remain on track. My medication did not ship until 8/21, and it will take almost a week to arrive. Funny how billing is done without issue but nothing is done to ensure people are receiving their medicine on time.

The worst scam company ever
The worst scam company ever. Got notification from HSA that there was a special for compounded GLP-1 for a few days this week from this company. As I did the intake, it asked for my current prescription - which I provided. I was instructed that a clinician would review my intake and get back to me to discuss medication and dosing. That DID NOT HAPPEN. And I received medication at a substantially lower dose than what I am currently taking. I attempted to stop the order but was told they couldn't stop it and would review the medication for the next month.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - they are a scam. When I called I obviously was talking to a foreigner so they might have a Des Moines address but they are not from here.

Service is abysmal
Oh, good. Yet another opportunity to repeat myself about my problem.

Here was my experience
Here was my experience. I started with them in February and everything worked like a well-oiled machine. I was required to get bloodwork when I started, no problem. I was asked to set up "care coaching" sessions which I personally thought were a waste of time so I stopped scheduling them. All in all I was happy with the service until July. I filled out the required refill form you have to fill out every month except this time it triggered a response that I have set up an appt with a Dr. They had an issue with my sodium levels and wanted updated lab work. I'm confused because they have an issue with the very labs I had taken 5 months prior?! Lucky for them, I did have recent labs as of July through another service and uploaded them to show my sodium levels were normal. Then they email and said the labs do not include your TSH levels. I uploaded labs that reflect that they are also normal BUT their required labs should have said the same? Meanwhile the clock is ticking and I know I'm not going to get my refill on time. I keep emailing customer service and they keep saying the labs have to be reviewed. One day I opened my patient portal and it looked like I had not filled out the refill form, so I filled it out again and what do you know? Finally my refill was sent to the pharmacy. So I would have been waiting indefinitely?! As of right now I am still waiting for my refill and I'm supposed to take it tomorrow. I even had to Google "what happens when I have to quit GLP1 cold turkey?" This company does not care about you or your health. I called today to cancel so I will be keeping a close eye on my credit card. So disappointed.
