Poor customer service, poor med refill ability, find another provider!
Poor customer service. Does not deliver meds on time. Does not call back or have a manager call when they say they will. After my meds arrived 3 days late after I warned them a week earlier that my meds were due to be late they offered me a $50 coupon towards my next purchase. They are also far more expensive than a lot of other GLP1 providers out there, I can deal with expensive if I am getting something else in return, like good customer service, or fast shipping or some other tangible benefit, but Agile Telehealth does not offer any of these things.
Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

While the medication itself is…
While the medication itself is satisfactory, the cancellation process for this plan is entirely unacceptable. The website and mobile application offer no functional option to cancel the service. When attempting to cancel via phone, the automated system states that a cancellation link will be sent, but this link is never received. Furthermore, customer support via chat took three days to respond and failed to resolve the request. Please process the immediate cancellation of this subscription and confirm in writing.

Website and verification is horrible.
Website and verification is horrible.
Medication and fulfillment has been on back order for several months.
They charged me and I cannot receive a refund.
Customer service and their professional run around is the only good thing about this agency.

Poor Service and Communication
The Dr visit was good she prescribed meds and said I would receive them by end of the week. It has now been 26 days and multiple phone calls and escalated multiple times and no answer or tracking after paying $447. I believe this to be a Scam!

Do not go with Agile
Do not go with Agile. I thought going through them would be easy since my HSA health equity sponsors them.
Agile is a scam. They send you an email about bloodwork, which when you find out there are none in your area that accept their free blood order form, you call within hours of signing up and request a refund and they lie and say your order is already being processed at the pharmacy. Only to receive email after email that your script is delayed at the pharmacy for days and days.
They delay shipments, say yiur order is shipped when it hasn’t been picked up by uos yet, your product comes in warm. They ship from Texas to Michigan with only 2 ice packs, Commensense you need more ice packs to travel that far and with the hot weather we have been receiving.
They tell you they will send a new script to the pharmacy. You wait a few days and nothing and they don’t respond to the emails. So you call and they are waiting on a picture of the meds. Hmmm what’s a picture going to prove that they came in warm. I called them asap after I received the meds and rep could tell there was a delay with my package. That rep lied and said no worries I will have another one shipped.
They refuse refund, they steal your money, delay after delay, and send warm products.
**updated their response with an in general email and do absolutely nothing about it. Once you submit payment when you sign up, they don’t do any refunds for any reason. They will tell you this after posting their fake concern response. They can steal your money and you get no official product.
Recommend going with Lilly Direct. That is where I’m gonna start next since Agile steals your money and doesn’t resend the product when promised. I had a friend who signed up with Lilly direct, and she had her meds within 2 days of signing up and the packaging was safe, secure, and came in cold.

Delay after delay getting your medicine
Two months in a row without my medication on time — and a 72-hour refund policy that makes no sense
I would NOT recommend Agile Telehealth. I switched to them because they were recommended through my FSA, and I seriously regret that decision.
I signed up for their GLP-1 program and paid $299. When I enrolled, I was told I was approved and that my medication would ship in approximately 3–5 days.
Three days later, I was told I needed an appointment with a provider. I missed the scheduled appointment because a work meeting ran over, but that evening someone from Agile contacted me by text and offered to do the appointment that night. We spoke, and I was told my medication was being ordered.
The next day, I was told I STILL needed a video appointment and that my medication had NOT actually been ordered.
At that point, I asked to cancel and return to my previous provider. Agile told me I could cancel, but they would not refund my $299 because more than 72 hours had passed since I signed up.
This policy makes absolutely no sense. How is a customer supposed to discover a fulfillment problem within 72 hours when Agile tells you from the beginning that medication will take 3–5 days to ship? By the time I knew there was a problem, their refund window had already closed.
Since they refused to refund my money, I continued with the program.
Now, for the SECOND MONTH IN A ROW, I have not had my medication when my scheduled dose was due. I am supposed to take my GLP-1 injection today, and my medication hasn't even shipped.
When I contacted Agile this time, I specifically asked for an actual expected date rather than another vague processing estimate. Instead, I was told that Link Compound Pharmacy was experiencing delays and that processing and delivery could now take 10 business days.
So I signed up expecting approximately 3–5 days, and now I am being told 10 business days.
Whether the delay is caused by Agile, the pharmacy, the lab, or another contractor shouldn't become the customer's problem. I purchased the program from Agile Telehealth, and I expect Agile to manage the service it sold me — especially when that service involves medication that is supposed to be taken on a schedule.
I have also contacted my FSA provider because I chose Agile specifically after seeing them recommended/advertised through my FSA platform. That gave me confidence in the company and was a major reason I switched from my previous provider.
My experience has been confusing communication, changing timelines, repeated medication delays, missed scheduled doses, and a refund policy that left me unable to get my $299 back once the problems became apparent.
If you're considering Agile Telehealth for a GLP-1 weight-loss program, I strongly recommend researching your other options first.
I wish I had.

My experience with agile telehealth has…
My experience with agile telehealth has been terrible. I renewed my subscription and paid 300 on September 4th and still have not received them as of September 12th. As a matter of fact they are sitting in a hot unrefrigerated ups warehouse as we speak. The meds left the warehouse on Thursday of this last week. I called them last night to let them know that by the time that the meds are received it will be well outside the 72 hour window. Instead of the call rep believing me he did not believe me nor offer to send out a replacement dose. I canceled my subscription because I am over the terrible customer service, lack of communication and quite frankly the miserable website of you can even log in. I am pretty sure I am eating the 300.00 for the non usable meds that are most certainly going to arrive spoiled. The only thing that the rep said last night was he didn’t believe me, didn’t care and it was his problem that I wasn’t going to receive the meds in a usable condition. I do not recommend angile health and certainly do not recommend their compounding pharmacy as well. I will gladly take my money and business elsewhere! If you have them, run and run as fast as you can. No amount of phone calls will resolve your issues with them because they do not care.
It just keeps getting worse. So after these reviews, cancelling my debit card and their frustrating email, I did a chargeback dispute. Their first email basically put everything back on me and saying how sorry they were and they were having supply chain issues. I told them I did not want anything other than a refund. I open my email this morning and now the pharmacy has agreed to send me new meds. I don’t want the new meds, I want a refund only. I went with another company with name brand meds that actually come with a pen. The difference in the shipping was also remarkable as I received meds that were still cool and the ice packs were not thawed out. I cannot stand agile health at this point as it just gets worse and worse.

No one contacts me
I have communicated through email, patient portal, and phone. No one is able to answer my one question. I keep getting told, “it’s under review”, “someone will call you back”, “we are working on it”. I just have one simple question! It doesn’t take 6 days of repeatedly trying! I thought this was a credible company since my FSA advertised them. Poor customer service. Disappointed patient.
