# Review: Moldy Semaglutide and Poor Customer Service from Agile Telehealth I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my experience with Agile Telehealth. The semaglutide I received appeared to have mold or possible contamination, raising serious concerns about the product's safety, quality, and handling. Injectable medication should arrive in appropriate condition, and customers should never have to question whether the medication they receive is safe to use. What made this experience even more frustrating was how Agile Telehealth handled my concerns. When I brought the issue to their attention, I felt they did not take it seriously and refused to resolve the problem. I expected my concerns about a potentially contaminated injectable medication to be treated with urgency, professionalism, and care. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and without a satisfactory solution. This is not a minor complaint. When it comes to medication, patient safety should always come first. A company providing access to prescription medication should take reports of possible contamination seriously, investigate the issue, and work toward an appropriate resolution rather than leaving the customer to deal with the problem alone. I paid for medication that I did not feel comfortable using, and I believe I deserved better communication, accountability, and customer service. At the very least, I expected Agile Telehealth to investigate my concerns and offer a reasonable resolution instead of refusing to address the situation. **My experience has left me questioning Agile Telehealth's commitment to customer care and how seriously it treats concerns involving medication safety.** Customers deserve to feel heard, protected, and confident in the products they receive. I hope the company takes situations like this more seriously in the future because no one should have to fight to have a legitimate safety concern addressed.
