Horrible Customer Service.
Have been trying to cancel the Rx subscription for 5 days. Keep getting the automated runaround that my request has been escalated to the "Billing Team" . Have not been contacted by "Billing Team" for over 5 days. Subsequent follow up and gets the same phony response.
Agile Telehealth should be ashamed of their business and customer service practices.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICE

Beware of this company!
Do not trust or go with this company. Very fraudulent, customer service is horrible. and trying to get them to stop charging your card is a miracle. Currently they they have charged my card 3 times almost $1,000 and no product. I can't stress enough. do not use this company you will regret it. I have spent over 3 hours on hold trying to get things resolved. Oh another thing they did was send me two orders of medicine in the beginning even though I could only use one of them but were happy to charge me for 2 doses. I guess that gets me to $1,000 in bogus charges. After 2 hours on hold and talking to people with accents I could barely understand They said it was too late for them to refund the amount that was over charged. Buyer/user aware! Next complaint is going to be submitted to the Better Business Bureau then to the medical board. I hope this complaint helps possible users from becoming victim of Agile Telehealth scam!

I would not recommend Agile Telehealth
I would not recommend Agile Telehealth. It was recommended to me through my HSA provider and I figured if they were partnering then it would be reputable. I was incorrect. The customer service is sub par, and in my 2nd month- they sent me the incorrect dosage and I was never able to get it fixed. In the meantime, they charge me full price for the 3rd month without sending a refill at all. There is no way to access support through the portal and you must call in. It took me an hour of waiting on hold to connect with someone to cancel- so I cannot recommend working with this company.

The only thing they do on time is charge your card.
It took a week to get an appointment. They promised that medication would be delivered in 3-5 business days; however, the first dose did not arrive for 2 weeks. The first refill was not delivered in time, so I was without medication due to their slowness. After I canceled the service, they continued to charge my credit card.

Not worth the try
Initial on-boarding process was simple and fast but communication slowed down soon as you are in the program. Took more than 3 days to respond to my email inquiry. Tirzepatide plan was $300/mo and dosage was odd: 2.125mg, 4.5mg and not the standard 2.5’g, 5mg etc. This was the major reason I unsubscribed. Additionally, first initial vial looked a lot less despite letting them know soon as I received it. Eventually found out that it was short of 1 shot. And finally, their platform is not intuitive and has less features. Overall, very dissatisfied.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable…
⭐️☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience – DO NOT USE Agile Telehealth
This company is an absolute joke. Every interaction feels completely scripted, and no one actually listens to questions or concerns. I have been trying for weeks to get a medication refill, and every time I’m told the same canned response: “I’ll place a ticket and escalate it to the proper team.” Nothing is ever resolved.
After my December appointment, I was not prompted by my Health Counselor to complete a refill request form. Despite this, I was charged the full price for my medication just days after the appointment. More than a week later, I realized I had not received my medication, nor had I received any notification that it had been shipped or processed.
I attempted to log into the patient portal and was unable to do so. I tried resetting my password multiple times—on multiple devices—which should have automatically generated a password reset email. I never received a single reset email, despite repeated attempts. Customer Support told me to “try again in a few days” due to technical issues and to then fill out a refill request. I did exactly that—only to still be unable to log in. I called back again and received the same unhelpful response. No solution was ever provided.
From there, I was forced into three virtual visits, and I have now spent several hours on the phone speaking with multiple representatives, none of whom were able to fix the issue. I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor or manager, only to be told they would need to call me—but I cannot receive incoming calls from this company, as their numbers are flagged as spam and they use multiple phone numbers.
Appointments are also randomly canceled. When this happens, I receive multiple emails and text messages telling me to reschedule, but none of them explain why. Communication is sent in triplicate—email, text, and phone call—yet all messages are generic, confusing, and contradictory.
Billing practices are equally unacceptable. I was billed for December without receiving my medication, and when I tried to prevent being charged again, I was told the only option was to pause my “subscription” for a month because billing is automatic and cannot be manually stopped. Less than one hour after completing a 25-minute call to pause my account, I was charged for a new month anyway. Another hour on the phone attempting to stop payment and get a refund, only to be told they cannot reimburse the account immediately that I can expect my money back in 10 days.
When I finally did gain access to the patient portal, there was no guidance or direction on how to find or complete the monthly forms they require. Despite multiple calls to Patient Support, not a single issue has been properly resolved.
Summary of issues experienced:
Not prompted to complete refill request after appointment
Charged in full without medication being sent
Medication never received and no shipment confirmation
Nonfunctional patient portal and failed password resets
No guidance on required monthly forms
Repeated technical issues with no resolution
Scripted, unhelpful support staff
Forced into multiple virtual visits
Inability to reach or speak with a supervisor
Randomly canceled appointments without explanation
Excessive, confusing, duplicated communications
Spam-flagged calls/texts from multiple numbers
Charges processed even after confirming a pause
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The lack of accountability, poor communication, broken systems, and questionable billing practices make this one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had.

The only thing “quick” about this…
The only thing “quick” about this company is charging me $299.00.
I was told I would receive my medication within 5–7 business days, but it took over two weeks just to receive my first prescription.
Now I’m dealing with a refill issue. A week before I was about to run low, I contacted them to make sure my refill would be processed on time. The chat representative simply told me to “fill out the refill form” without explaining the process or what to expect. I submitted the form immediately.
Days went by with no update and no refill. When I called again, I was told the doctor still had to review it before it could be released. Four days later, I received an email stating that I now need to be seen by a doctor before they will release the refill.
What makes this worse is that I already had an appointment scheduled, which they canceled. When I tried to reschedule, I was told there were no available appointments until the end of the month.
This company is completely unreliable. There is no clear communication, no urgency with patient care, and no accountability. The only thing they seem to do efficiently is take your money.
I would not recommend this service to anyone who actually needs timely and dependable care.

Agile - Telehealth - Weight Loss Program
Started with this program back in October. The only consistent thing is the $299 charge every 28 days like clockwork. If you call in with questions, no nurse available to speak with you. Placed on hold for 30 minutes or more. No call back for several days. The medication that I received has not been beneficial to me. I've seen MINIMAL effects or weight loss - 3 lbs since October. I questioned the potency of the medication. This past fill will be my last. It's very expensive to not have any effect or weight loss.
UPDATE - 1.9.26
This morning at 3:12a my phone began ringing. I didn't recognize the number and did not initially pick up. The calls continued so I finally picked up.
11 total calls between 3:12a-6:04a.
When I finally answered I asked who the heck was calling me at that time and why. The representative stated he was calling from Agile Telehealth and was calling to address my online review - then continued to ask "what the F>>> do you want - you need to take your review down!" Caught me so off guard especially when he used that language. I asked him if he realized he was calling me at 3:12a, he continued in a threatful manner, yes, he knew what time it was, stated he had all my personal information up and knew exactly where I lived, etc.
I hung up on him. He continually called me every few minutes for hours. I finally answered and told him if he continued I would call the police and make an official complaint against him and his harrassment. This representative spoke with an English accent and his continuous calls came in from phone number (210) 446-6806.
I attempted to call Agile Telehealth this morning at 9a to address this. I asked to speak with a member of management or a member of human resources to address this employee issue with, I was told there wasn't anyone in management available. I have never dealt with a company like this, I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism, the consistent continued calls starting at 3:12a.
I'm so glad I cancelled this service at this point!!
I was given ticket #23717358 by the representative that took my call.
