Agile for All (Henry Dittmer) helped to transform an out-of-sync group of SharePoint developers, testers and system analysts into a highly productive team of Agile professionals. The members of this large-scale software upgrade team turned into champions of the Agile product delivery and shared their experience with the new team members when multiple other teams were added to the project. Henry worked with this expanded scaled Agile team on several occasions. Without Henry’s training and coaching, this multi-year effort would not have been completed 21 months ahead of schedule. Henry’s involvement with this client is not limited to one program and his expertise continues to be in demand well beyond the scope of his original engagement.

In my experience with Agile for All, (CSPO and A- CSPO courses) I've found the instructors to be engaging and knowledgeable and the course work and materials to be well-curated and applicable to my work as a Product Owner. The depth of industry experience, combined with skilled facilitation and hands-on study, results in focused group learning superior to other courses I've attended when learning about Agile.

Great CAL 1 Class Good material, Peter was a great instructor and facilitator. There was promised follow-up from Agile for All, following the class more than a year ago, no follow up has happened. I'm wondering if our class was a work-in-progress and we were a BETA group?

The trainers, Tricia and Jake, were passionate and knowledgeable about the subject, and conducted our training in a very effective way.
