Loved the 1.5 days then we had to rush through rest of material in quick
Paul
The instructor was excellent, the content was as good as could be expected. However the entire "Agile" framework is not very helpful for what we do, its made for software developers and for them it looks amazing, but my work is 75% operational, we already have prescribed roles and responsibilities, Scrum just does not fit our work. I like the values and ethics of the processes, so that combined with the instructors expert delivery of the content is what rates you at 3 stars.

Thanks for your feedback, Paul. It sounds like the Agile For Teams with Kanban may have been a better fit overall for your type of work. We did have one of those scheduled there as well, so it sounds like there might have just been some challenges with getting everyone in that one. That said, there are a lot of overlaps between the two (Scrum and Kanban). As a starting point, some suggestions to consider: A. Take a look at what lean principles and agile values and principles you can start to focus on today. We cover these in the Kanban class as well, because they are critical aspects of both. B. Look at the aspects around making your work transparent, the priorities clear, and find ways to do retrospectives to continuously improve. These are all aspects of both Scrum and Kanban. So many of the concepts overlap. These are both important foundations of any agile (or even organizational) approach, so I would start there. Please reach out to Jake for any additional questions, his contact information is located in your workbook.

Agile Bob is a fantastic facilitator with no shortage of real world examples and anecdotes. Great hands-on activities. Only suggestion for improvement is a little less "Lean" and more Scrum Master tips and tricks.

Excellent course. Jon is a great facilitator that kept the course going on a good pace.
Barbara
Training was exceptional. The trainer was very helpful and I found it very productive. I wish you had a class that included both Scrum Masters and Product Owners...this would allow them to hear the same message. Our SMs attended training about 9 months before our POs.

We're so glad you had a great experience in our CSPO course, Barbara. Thank you for sharing that with us. In reference to your comment about having ScrumMasters and PO's in the same course, we agree that it is valuable, which is why we love training whole teams so that everyone gets the same ideas at the same time.
John
Great Agile coaching. Helped turn our development process around.
