This was hands down the best certification training experience I’ve ever had—and I’m not alone. Others in my organization who have taken CAPM, PMI-ACP, and PMP courses all agree: nothing compares to Agile Classrooms’ CSPO (and CSM). My instructor, John Miller, brings energy, clarity, and depth that most trainings completely miss. He doesn’t read from slides or throw definitions at you—he helps you experience the concepts through real application, interactive discussions, and thoughtful exercises that stick. You don’t just learn the theory—you get it. In contrast to other certification classes we've taken, which left many of us unprepared for exams due to surface-level content and PowerPoint fatigue, this course made everything click. I walked away confident, inspired, and actually excited to apply what I learned. If you're looking for CSPO training that truly prepares you and transforms your understanding of product ownership, this is the one. John Miller is exceptional. Agile Classrooms sets a new standard.

Love the activities and the templates and how they built on each other. It was helpful to learn the principles and then be able to put each step into action on one familiar project/use case.

Great atmosphere. No powerpoint. Loved the Miro board to collaborate and follow along.

Fantastic entry-level scrum master course. The course was extremely well organized and included a solid mix of practical activities to support the content portion of the class. Care was taken to ensure that all members of the class remained engaged and retained full comprehension of the content. He also left plenty of time for expansion of ideas and questions, allowing students to get experienced feedback on their current concerns. John included a nice mixture of additional resources throughout the course so that people could continue to self-learn as they worked to apply principles to their current careers and lives.

Insightful, engaging live course with super helpful templates and team exercises. I learned many new skills, tips and strategies to help me and my team better understand the customer and deliver meaningful enhancements.

I had a fantastic experience in this course! The instructor was incredibly thorough in his teaching style, attentive to every student’s needs, and genuinely kind. He kept us engaged throughout the training, making the learning process enjoyable and effective. Thanks to his clear instruction and support, I passed the certification on my first attempt. If you’re looking for a great instructor who truly cares about your success, he is truly a gem!

I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course with John Miller, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. John explained Scrum concepts in a clear, engaging way, and the class included real-world examples and interactive activities that helped reinforce the material. I felt well-prepared and passed the CSM exam on my first try. Highly recommend this course for anyone looking to strengthen their Scrum knowledge and agile mindset!

John Miller did an excellent job training and demonstrating the duties and responsibilities of a Product Owner. I highly recommend him as an instructor.
