Class was great. Even with a headache/migraine John still was able to teach the class. He didn’t give up or cancel the class.

John created an engaging learning environment, encouraged participation, and broke down complex concepts in a way that made them easy to understand and apply. What really stood out is how well the training experience went. It was a well-structured curriculum, high-quality materials, and a seamless learning process from registration through course completion. The hands-on exercises, examples, and discussions helped solidify the material and gave me confidence in how to bring these practices back to my team. I’m walking away with a stronger understanding of the Product Owner role. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their Agile knowledge or step confidently into a Product Owner role.

John Miller was an awesome teacher who was knowledgable about all things Scrum, Product Owner/Manager and really kept us engaged throughout the course. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the Product owner world.

John's course has a solid blend of group work, functional examples, and instruction. Even if you don't know the role, by the end of this course, you'll have a clear insight as to what that looks like. He is a great teacher. Provides a safe environment for participants to share their own experiences as well - so the group can all learn from each other. And a healthy dose of humor! *throws up bat sign* If you're in the market for a Product Owner certification, I highly recommend this course.

Flexibility in scheduling the training. Great teacher and his ability to explain concepts.

Awesome class, great content, so practical! John Miller does a wonderful job!

John Miller's CSPO course was very engaging. He had the perfect blend of team exercises, discussion and examples.

Class was small and we were able to ask real-world questions to John. He kept things super interesting and the time actually flew by. I would highly recommend John and Kim.
