John was fantastic and his approach to facilitating the class was engaging and applicable to real life. I would absolutely recommend taking this class to my colleagues!

John Miller was an amazing teacher. I learned so much, and he was very inclusive with great methods of teaching that kept me engaged.

I recently completed this class, and I must say it was an incredibly enriching experience. One of the standout aspects of the course was the exceptional instruction provided by John. He was not only knowledgeable but also engaging and supportive throughout the entire process. His ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner made the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to achieve their certification. John's expertise and teaching style make him an ideal instructor for anyone seeking to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter. His dedication to ensuring students succeed is evident in every aspect of the course, and I feel confident that his guidance will help others achieve their goals just as it did for me. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the class and would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in pursuing certification. John's instruction is truly top-notch, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him.

John was a fantastic facilitator! Yes, he's the teacher, but he helped pull the "teacher" out of everyone.

I recently completed a Scrum Agile certification course led by John Miller, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. John was incredibly engaging with the class and simplified the scrum agile process. His helpful and insightful guidance throughout the course was invaluable showing how scrum agile is used even beyond the exam, and he fostered an interactive learning environment that kept everyone actively participating. One of the standout aspects of John's teaching was his ability to articulate his thoughts clearly and guide us through the content visually using Miro (which is the first time I've ever even used this tool). This, combined with his clear web camera and good audio, made the virtual sessions smooth and enjoyable. Unlike some instructors, John brings a lively and dynamic teaching style that ensures the class is always engaging and never dull. With his teachings, I was able to also take the exam and pass on the first try! Overall, I highly recommend John for anyone looking to gain a thorough understanding of Scrum Agile principles and practices.

John Miller is an outstanding Scrum Master instructor who really knows how to teach the subject. His breakdown of the course material was awesome for practical application and made it easy to understand. He encouraged everyone in the workshop to engage. I could not have asked for a better instructor.

John's CSM class was fantastic. His energy and engaging content made the two days fly by. He gave great examples of using scrum in the real world versus simply an academic understanding. I was well prepared for the CSM exam and passed immediately after finishing the course.

Engaging, simple to understand, well-paced and insightful.
