I had a fantastic experience taking the CSPO course with John Miller. John made the material engaging, practical, and easy to understand. One of my favorite aspects of the class was how he used examples from Batman and other movies to explain Scrum concepts and Product Owner responsibilities. Those examples made the lessons memorable and helped connect theory to real-world situations. I also appreciated how interactive the course was. The combination of Zoom discussions and collaboration through Miro Board made it easy to participate, share ideas, and learn from other students. The environment was welcoming, and John encouraged questions and open discussion throughout the course. What stood out most was John's ability to make complex topics approachable while keeping the class enjoyable and engaging. I left the course feeling more confident in my understanding of agile principles, product ownership, and stakeholder collaboration. I would absolutely take another Scrum Alliance course with John in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an engaging, knowledgeable, and supportive instructor.

John did an excellent job keeping the class interactive and engaging from start to finish. He encouraged participation, asked thought-provoking questions, and provided valuable feedback throughout the course. As a result, I felt significantly more confident in my understanding of the CSPO material by the end of the training. If you tend to lose focus in traditional lecture-style classes. I highly recommend this course, the level of interaction keeps you actively involved and learning.

John's class is highly recommended. The principles were clear, easy to follow, and understand. He had multiple activities to keep everyone engaged and able to practice the techniques being taught. He also provided the templates used in class for participants after class.

The instructor John Miller was superb. Easy to understand and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the money.

John was an excellent instructor who made the class engaging and practical. He was very knowledgeable and kept us all engaged throughout the course. Appreciated the Miro board instead of PowerPoint presentations. Highly recommend for anyone looking at CSM or CSPO certifications.

John did a great job teaching and preparing for the scrum master certification, had everything needed to pass first try! Please put a few of those things the AI cut out back in

I took this course because I wanted to learn more about how to focus on building the right solution. Much time can be wasted building things that aren't truly needed by the end user, which is why John's emphasis for the class is outcome-led product ownership. My favorite takeaway is to write outcome statements starting with "increase/decrease". This helps keep the focus on measurable outcomes before even getting to the "what to build" stage. We got to practice what we were learning with breakout sessions, where small groups would plan for the release of a "new product".

John is very knowledgeable on agile methodology. He kept the class fun and engaging. I will take future classes with John.
