Horrible company!!! I ordered 2 items and paid for expedited, a nurse bag and tumbler with customized photo. I sent a clear photo for the tumbler of an African American female. The tumbler came quick with a white female skin tone. I called and asked how that happened. Why send out a product if the body skin tone is a completely different color than the face and neck skin tone. I got my second order a week later (supposed to be expedited) which the skin tone on this photo same person was correct but they changed the hair completely. I think they were being funny because I made a dispute. The photo I sent the hair was long with a part down the middle. The hair was changed to a to a short style toupee wig. I am disputing them with Pay Pal, BBB, and Consumer affairs. Also, there address is not correct. It says San Fransico CA. but the merchandise is coming from China.

BEWARE!!!!! Fraudulent company!!! Beware!!! Bag never received. I reached out to the company for refund and they then shipped an empty 5x7 padded envelope (obviously could not hold large bag) AFTER I reported package never received. I have been trying to get my money back for over three months. They made me fill out a Fraudulent statement and attach a photo of the empty envelope with tracking number so they can submit a fradulent claim to USPS. I still have not received a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered 6 sista mugs. Very cute. Very unique. Before placing the order I allowed my sisters a sneak peek. One sis suggested that I change the hairstyle on one of the mugs; so I did. It showed up correctly on the preview but when the order arrived the changes had not been applied. I’ve ordered from this company once before and I was very pleased. It was a nurse’s junk bag and my niece, who is an RN, loves it.

I bought a purse for my daughter for graduation and we absolutely love it!!! We have since bought 6 more items from this company!!! Everything is adorable n looks EXACTLY like the picture!! The only thing I didn’t like at first was that it took a month to receive my purse but as I found out it says right in the order form that because it’s personalized that it would take a month or so to get it to me.The next time I ordered I knew to allow the shipping time. I purchased a product for Mother’s Day. As I waited for my order, the company kept me updated with where my order was. They were so nice and helpful. Great communication the whole time. My mother loved her gift. I will definitely order again!!!

I ordered a Hanging car ornament of my dog. Their advertisement showed a little stuffed animal that looked just like the picture next to it. When I got the item, it was just a laminated picture of my dog. When I complained about it, they told me to return it for a refund. Since they are actually in Hong Kong, it would cost me $40 to return the item. It’s a ploy they use because it’s to costly to return and know you won’t spend the money to return it. In my experience this company isn’t a credible company anyone should do business with. I actually got my refund from PayPal to.

I purchased a CNA purse from this company through Facebook. With all of the scams going on throughout social media, I took a chance and decided to make purchase. My purse is absolutely gorgeous. My only hiccup about the whole process was the length of time it took for it to get here. I reached out to the company and they appeared to have been very concerned about my issue. They kept me informed of my purchase which gave me ease about my decisionto purchase from them. My purse arrived the day after my birthday. It was everything I thought it would be.
