customer service beyond my expectations
I love my ornament, it is exactly what I wanted. The thing I love most though is the customer service. After I placed the order I noticed on the confirmation that my apartment number was not listed. I was afraid it would not be delivered correctly. I reached out to customer service with my concern. Not only did they correct my address error but they continued to keep me in the loop as to where my order was, even letting me know it was in my mailbox the day it was delivered. I am so very happy with the product and the customer service is beyond my expectations.

Customized photo ornament is a great gift
I ordered a customized photo ornament and received it yesterday. It was created and shipped quickly and looks great. It will be a terrific gift. The price, including shipping, was very good. I’m happy with the quality and overall product.

I will definitely order again; these are awesome!
I purchased three of these picture ornaments for three different couples. The site was easy to navigate and easy to upload a picture. I am very, very pleased with how these turned out! My family will love them!! They took a bit more than 3 weeks to arrive, so keep that in mind when ordering. Happy that the company sends a "how-to" video on removing the clear plastic coating!

I love the 2 ornaments I’ve received
I love the 2 ornaments I’ve received. It’s magical how they are able to make these. My only complaint is the communication once you’ve placed your order. I can’t get updates on ornaments that I need to send abroad so I’m not sure I’ll get them in time to ship or not. The products are priceless. Improvement in communication and contact would really be appreciated.

Special gift for Christmas …
I ordered these ornaments for Christmas gifts for my three daughters and granddaughter. I was just so amazed at how great they all came out. They are truly awesome. I can’t wait to see their faces when they open these up all at one time on Christmas Eve. Will absolutely be a Kodak moment . Will definitely be ordering more in the future for gifts.

Such a beautiful memory keeper!
For Christmas I surprised my grandaughter with an ornament of her and her boyfriend at the prom. It was so beautiful that her boyfriend got choked up and she cried. She said it was the best present ever! I know this memory will now last forever! Thank you for such great work!

I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed. I ordered two orders the same day Nov. 20, they both shipped on Nov. 24. Recieved the one Dec. 5, the other one the tracking has stopped and I can’t get a hold of the company to find out why. I’ve been charged, these are gifts I need soon. I may need to dispute charges. I don’t know what else to do. Very poor customer service, you can’t call, no phone number and they don’t respond to the messages you can send, they responded once and said it’s on the way, it’s literally not moving as of Nov. 28 according to the tracking, very disappointing.
