This company poses as a company based in the US. It is actually based in China, so getting your product takes forever. Tracking does not update for many weeks. When it does arrive, my ornament looked like something a toddler could do in art class. My ornament came in with the human images not cropped (like shown in the images), and the cut out was very unnatural as well. The coating was peeling as well. They claimed it was a protective coating, but I pulled the protective coating off and it still was peeling. I wrote the company explaining the issue, and they stood by their product and would not take the item back. I have seen other reviews and in the rare instance they would take something back, the consumer has to pay shipping back TO CHINA. It would cost as much as the ornament itself. The company should be flagged for false advertising and breach of contract. DO NOT BUY.
Could not reply to their reply but the scratch was AFTER the coating was removed. This company does Everything they can to get away from backing up their inferior product. I reiterate DO NOT BUY!

I was looking for a gift for my hard to buy for daughter-in-law for Christmas when I came across agiftcustomized and saw their incredible ornaments made from a photo you submit. My son and his wife have no children just the 4 legged kind and i know how much they love them so decided to sent a few photos of them and the dogs. We love our items! I ordered 3 family photo ornaments, they are fantastic! There's a little side tab for hanging, that doesn't interfere with the photo (when I ordered elsewhere, they put the hole right through my sons head!). I also ordered 2 puppy photo key chains, which were already gifted and loved by their recipients! I will order again in the future!

Not as advertised - customer service unresponsive
For starters, the ornaments you receive are nothing like what is advertised. They advertise 3D, realistic looking ornaments but you receive a flat picture w/ acyrlic on top. Second, the ornaments are advertised to be between 3.1 and 3.5 inches tall. I received one that is less than 2" tall, one that is 2.5" tall, and the other three were the correct height. However, even though customer service was very responsive prior to me receiving my order, now that I've been trying to reach them to correct and replace the items that were received that were less than promised, they will not respond. Finally, I ordered 3 of the sports ornaments and they moved the ball placement, so they no longer accurately represent the photo I sent. The basketball player who shot a ball now has a ball on top of one of her shooting hands so it looks ridiculous. I understand moving the ball position slightly but considering these are laid on acrylic all they are doing by moving them this much is trying to save money on their side by using less acrylic and in the end it makes the finished product look unrealistic. The final products look cute, but I definitely would not buy again based on all of the above information and the price I paid for something that was not received as advertised.
Update December 27, 2023 - I have emailed customer service twice now and still have received no response. I’m not sure how they can say they are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

On the sizing of the ornaments, the 3.1 to 3.5 inches dimension refers to the longest side of the ornament. Depending on the subject of each photo, some ornaments may appear smaller, and we apologize if this was not clear.
As for the adjustment of the ball placement, our intention is to maintain a balanced proportion between the height and width of the ornament. This sometimes requires slight modifications to the original image. We strive for these changes to enhance the overall look without compromising the design's integrity.
