Consist updates on my order. Very nice and friendly staff, very quick delivery time compared to most and it wasn’t outrageously expensive. Highly satisfied with every aspect of my experience. 10/10 highly recommend

I seen this website on a fb ad
I seen this website on a fb ad, I placed a order for Christmas (paid for expedited shipping) and it showed up through my SHOP APP and gave me a order # and receipt BUT I NOW CANNOT TRACK IT AND THE WEBSITE SAYS IT DOES NOT HAVE MY EMAIL, order, etc… I am reporting it to my bank and I sent emails to Shop customer service and this website also, BBB. I want to add that I did finally receive my order a few days after Christmas; was very happy with it indeed!!!!

Not what I expected
Received my ornament and removed the covering. There was a small noticeable sharp chip and after emailing company they stated I hadn’t removed the covering which I had. So apparently for what I paid they are not excepting to replace my ornament as I offered to ship my original one back to them so they can actually see for themselves. One truly not happy customer.

I paid a lot of money to guarantee my…
I paid a lot of money to guarantee my order was delivered before Christmas. It is still in Arizona. I am being disappointed AND there is no way to contact them in a timely manner.

Picture ornaments
Received family picture ornaments for gifts. Once removing protective sheets from ornament the they were gorgeous. My family will love these. Quality and beauty all in one. Definitely would order from them again. Loved them!!
