These people are braindead from the word GO. I was stranded beside a very busy highway for 3 HOURS before they decided to send out a tow truck! I must have talked to representatives NO LESS than 5 times! I don't know if being on the continent of India has anything to do with it, but I probably wouldn't be very far off.
