Horrible payout experience. Extremely high fees. Site is buggy as hell. Buttons in mails land on error pages. Even in 2025, the login flow is completely broken 😂 Never seen such a big company with such bad IT, holy sh*t. You have to really try to make a platform this bad. I wonder how they do it

I sold a domain on December 15, 2025, and completed all the domain transfer procedures. I also ensured that all my financial information was complete. However, as of today, January 3, 2026, I haven't received my payment. Imagine, more than 15 days! Even the current owner of the domain who bought it from me has started using it. Every time I contact the terrible support team, they just tell me to wait because it's a routine procedure, without telling me the reason for the delay. Is it a problem with my bank account or something else? This was my first experience selling on this platform, and it's the worst selling experience of my life.
