I've had to contact afternic many times this past month, for various issues ranging from domain not showing the correct landing page, needing help to transfer domain that sold before 60 day lock lift, to speaking with a broker regarding a sale. Although the support system may not always be as quick as I would always like, my experiences with them has been extremely helpful, positive and highly successful. Overall I absolutely recommend using afternic and can't thank them enough for their kind support, assistance, and patience with me.

I have now bought 2 domains from this platform, both of which weren't delivered. Afternic took the payment, but then cancelled the transaction after a few weeks saying it can't be completed for one reason or another. Once is understandable, but twice is ridiculous. The first time they said the seller had made a typo and listed it for $500 instead of $5,000. Now, they said the seller no longer has control of the domain. What a ridiculous platform and total waste of time. What's the point of their marketplace if they can't honor the transactions? This platform has no credibility.

Dear Abdus Sattar Bhuiyan, Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for the frustration. Since it sounds like you recently purchased this domain the listing is likely from the previous owner. Luckily there is a simple process to request an outdated listing to be removed. At this time we have reached out to you with proper steps and are happy to help if you have any other questions. Regards, J.P.

I’ve been an Afternic customer for a few years, all of a sudden early this year 2023 my parking stats no longer display. I’ve contacted Afternic a few times they’ve told me that there’s gonna be a rollout and this problem will be corrected, it’s been months and still no stats __________________ Afternic has reached back out to me and provided a resolution. Thank you.
