First time buying from you all, oils smells great. Just wanted to see how long does it last on you. Do you all discount small businesses??

This is a great place to buy wholesale oils for me and my son because their oils smell just like the designer brands for more than half the price. This is why I buy from this company and I no longer buy from department stores. When I make my own designer bands for men and women the smell last much longer then the store brands. Once again African Wholesale is a 5 star company with fast delivery.

The fragrance is great and a lot to choose from. The only problem is the shipping fee so high.

Thank you so much for your review. We do understand your concern about the shipping and we try to offer the lowest we can. However the rates are based on UPS/FedEx/USPS rates and the weight and destination. We appreciate your feedback.

I was extremely disappointed with my customer service experience with African Imports. I placed an order totaling $130, but it was ultimately canceled because my billing and shipping addresses did not match. I explained that I am in the process of moving and wanted my order shipped to my workplace. Instead of a helpful resolution, I was told to create additional accounts or provide proof of billing. I understand that businesses have policies they must follow, and I respect that. My issue was never the policy itself, but how I was treated. Brenna’s email response began with “anyway” and continued in a tone that felt condescending, dismissive, and as though she was reprimanding me for simply trying to explain my situation. Matt’s handling of the situation was also disappointing. My $130 order was canceled without an apology, and the entire interaction felt extremely rude and unprofessional. This has not only been a frustrating experience but has also delayed my business and disrupted my plans. There is a respectful and professional way to communicate company policies, even when a request cannot be accommodated. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with African Imports. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a very bad impression.

Our policy was clearly communicated through multiple order messages and email exchanges. Our team explained the situation and available options clearly and professionally. You were given multiple opportunities to verify the address associated with your payment method and advised that failure to do so would result in cancellation. PayPal was offered as an alternative if you needed to ship to an address that did not match your payment. You stated that you were unable to provide the requested verification, and the order was handled accordingly. We are unable to make exceptions to our established policies, especially when it involves the potential of fraud. Thank you for your feedback.
