We checked your orders and it appears on your first order you got the YSL Mon Paris Whipped Shea Butter and on your second order you got the YSL Mon Paris Body Butter. While they use the same fragrance oil, the butter parts are different in each one and have different ingredient makeups. That would be the cause of the variation between the two. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your customers. I show you ordered on 10/9 via USPSGA, which is noted on our site that they can have delays. Their typical transit time is 2-5 business days if no delays. Please also note there is no movement of boxes on Sat/Sun most times and there was a postal service holiday on 10/12, which likely made it felt longer. In the future, you can use a faster shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. Thank you,

Our policy was clearly communicated through multiple order messages and email exchanges. Our team explained the situation and available options clearly and professionally. You were given multiple opportunities to verify the address associated with your payment method and advised that failure to do so would result in cancellation. PayPal was offered as an alternative if you needed to ship to an address that did not match your payment. You stated that you were unable to provide the requested verification, and the order was handled accordingly. We are unable to make exceptions to our established policies, especially when it involves the potential of fraud. Thank you for your feedback.
