While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping. We're sorry to hear about any issue with the shea butter. While shea butter is constantly rotating out of here so would not normally have the setting to mold, please send over some photos to [email protected] so we can work this out for you. Thank you,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experiences and, especially, that you were left feeling that the burden of resolving these issues was placed on you. We certainly understand how frustrating it is to receive an incorrect item, particularly when you have to take additional time out of your day to return it. While we did provide a return label and arrange for the correct item to be sent, we understand that resolving a mistake on our end should not leave you feeling as though you are the one being inconvenienced or blamed. We’re also disappointed to hear that our communication did not make you feel valued or appreciated as a customer. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, especially someone who was initially excited enough about our company to recommend us to others. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about your experience. You mentioned ordering our products, however I am unable to locate you in our system. Perhaps you are referring to a different company. Additionally, you mentioned this occurred on September 1st which is a Sunday when we would have been closed, so the only responses would have been from a ChatBot. I also checked other dates before and after and do not see your name in the chat log or any issues similar to what you have described.
