This order gave me my first disappointment with the Gentle Fluidity Gold oil. I suspected something was off when the oil was cloudy, but I mixed it with alcohol and let it sit and it smelled weird, and not like the batch I got the first time...something is off

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are not happy with your oil. We actually have two different versions of this scent both with their own SKU. Very slow in shipping and because your slow shipping i can’t deliver perfume for my clients and I lost Buisness order on 9 th October at 9.30 pm and got only on Thursday its NJ to CT . Bad service and even after my complaints no response from this company .

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your customers. I show you ordered on 10/9 via USPSGA, which is noted on our site that they can have delays. Their typical transit time is 2-5 business days if no delays. Please also note there is no movement of boxes on Sat/Sun most times and there was a postal service holiday on 10/12, which likely made it felt longer. In the future, you can use a faster shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. Thank you,

Product is worth than what I paid
Great products specifically the raw sea butter smell really good. Thank you, more shopping for sure. Only one oil that I did not like but the rest was good.
