Customer service lacks. Except when you try to NOT renew your subscription, then they will email you for three weeks straight, daily. Even after I told them we are not renewing and to not email us they still do. They tried to process my payment daily for three weeks, thankfully my card had expired. So annoying.

Scam billing setup: I hope readers of this review will agree that sometimes people move on. I wanted to move on and tried to cancel the subscription. They do not provide an email address to send a request to cancel, but HEY, they have a "Cancell" button in the account area. The button loaded next page with "Can we address the issue/No thank you,cancel" -> I pressed the second "cancel". Went to check my subscription status, and it still shows "Active" while the "renewal date" is approaching. I went to the "Payment Method", deleted Credit Card info. I then went to my bank and locked the virtual card which I used to purchase the original subscription. I then deleted this V card altogether. Renewal time came, there comes my bank's notification: "AffiliateWP - $749 charge". My goodness, they don't even have a package with the "regular" price like this. Here is another "insult to injury" from their "refund policy": "...If adequate notice is not received and your credit card is subsequently charged, you will not receive a refund. Renewals are non-refundable." There is no peaceful "exit" here, people!!! I have no words...
