AffiliateWPReviews of affiliatewp.com

What started as a feature request has continued as an enjoyable collaboration with AffiliateWP and their team member Prasant. I was fairly specific about what I knew would benefit my WooCommerce online store and, within a few days, Prasant sent me an email with code for my review and directions how and where to install it. The directions on how to use WPCode were precise and less than one day later I was able to report my successful implementation to Prasant by email. I am happy to share this testimonial where more people can see it. Signed, Carl Bromley dba Carl's Idea Hatchery, Logo Lab, and Business Incubator.

My experience with Prasant was amazing. Very patient, knowledgeable about other product integration plugins, and willing to walk through the issues slowly. My negative comment is that the response time was slow a couple of times. I believe this has more to do with the number of support calls they receive. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Great bunch - very helpful, responsive and can-do.

We have been using wpaffiliates since 2015. It'e been a good experience and the support is always there when needed. We recommend this plugin and all the add-ons.

Prasant with AffiliateWP support goes above and beyond to help customers. I use their plugin on my WordPress business website, and after experiencing some issues I couldn't resolve I reached out for help. Prasant kept troubleshooting and giving suggestions for fixes until an issue was found with the way my WP Mail SMTP was set up. One incorrect setting was causing problems with multiple plugins on my site - an incorrect setting that my own support team missed. I cannot express enough gratitude for their commitment to customer success and would recommend them to anyone. You will have to exercise some patience when waiting for a response, as this level of troubleshooting takes some time, but the wait is well worth the result. 5 stars

AffiliateWP has been a game-changer for levelling up our existing affiliate program, which was feeling a little tired and never quite got off the ground. I love having such wide range of tools for really engaging our affiliates, and the impact has been immediately noticeable. More than this, the support from the team has been phenomenal. I made a little bit of a mess when migrating from our own plugin - and even though it was entirely my doing, the support team at AffiliateWP (specifically Prasant) went above and beyond to help get things back on track and running smoothly again. I've been in the online space for 20 years and have not experienced this level of customer support. Simply could not recommend AffiliateWP any higher.

We had an issue with our commission calculations not reflecting the correct order totals, and the AffiliateWP support team was extremely helpful throughout the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us step by step until the issue was fully resolved. Thanks to their support, our commission system is now working accurately. We truly appreciate their professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended!

Great functionality and helpful support team
