Be careful - the price goes through the roof after the first year - even for charities The pricing page makes it seem like that's the yearly price forever but it is ONLY for the first year!

Hi Matty, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt caught off guard by the renewal pricing. We do our best to make pricing transparent, and renewal costs are clearly listed on both our pricing and checkout pages. That said, we understand that budgets can be tight — especially for charities. While we offered a higher discount than usual to help out, we completely respect your decision to request a refund.
