I was put at ease and felt recognized and affirmed as a consumer. My questions were answered and it was a relief to actually speak with someone. The customer service was great, the warranty options were reasonable and my experience was pleasant.

Spencer is friendly, informative, and helpful. He has given me advice and guidance on how best to understand and use my AFC Home Warranty. His efforts have given me the confidence that I made the right choice in AFC.

The actual coverage this company provides is pitiful. We have had repairs on our refrigerator and air conditioning system and the amount they oay toward the repairs is less than 10% of the actual cost of the repairs. Do not waste your money on them if you think they will pay for any significant portion of repairs.

Spencer did a great job answering all of our questions. The setup process was fast and easy. We were locked-in on a great plan in a matter of minutes.
