I've had AFC for a few years now, I was able to transfer my coverage from my airbnb to my home. The transfer was so easy, and my representative, Patrick, made it happen! I would highly recommend AFC!

I paid for repairs and have been waiting over 2 months for the reimbursement on two separate issues.

Kevin has been great! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything in simple terms. The only complaint I have is that it took 10 weeks to get reimbursed for a claim filed on May 15,2025. You all had the paperwork the same day the work was completed.

For me I have had the worst experience with that company to the point of canceling my insurance contract with you because in a year that I was paying my insurance I never bothered you and now when I needed your service to repair my air conditioning after spending several days trying to contact you which was almost impossible because they left me on hold for more than half an hour on the calls, they did not give a solution to my problem and what they did was make unfounded excuses, which I consider disrespectful.

The charge for getting a technician out has become much too high, and nothing I can do about that. That’s in addition to the increase in the cost for the policy itself. People should check out other warranty companies.

The representative was very friendly, polite and helpful. He was not pushy or repetitive in speaking. And he was from America and spoke English well. It was a positive experience.
