WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! LIED TO BY THE "SALES REP" and warranty company only gives $100 in total for a water heater!! We were told they would replace it with same or comparable but they are liars. Phone staff is very rude and talks over you. Managers wait days and days to call back and we had a sales rep try to "play" manager and told us it was ok bc she "used" to be one. we are definitely no longer interested in this company AT ALL, and I'm only trying to warn anyone else about this company!

I had a terrible experience with AHC. From the start, it felt like a setup for failure. Whenever I’ve tried to file a claim or ask for assistance, their response has been nothing but denial of coverage—no explanations, just excuses. It’s clear that they will do everything possible to avoid paying for necessary repairs. I’ve felt completely abandoned with my concerns falling on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for home coverage; AHC is just a headache you don’t need.

The worst warranty by far. If you have 5 years old AC they act that will fix it and wind up telling you we don’t cover it , go read the policy. They change policy every day. I’m not sure how this company still around. They protect themself by changing policy. Bad and rude customer service. There are so many better warranty, don’t settle for a cheap one you get what you pay for.
