First of all it takes weeks to get your item. It is made overseas then shipped to the USA. Their hats are made of cheap iron-on decals that make the hat look even cheaper. their Customer service is second rate at best they just ask the same question over and over. never have any real solutions. Just a crappy company

Ordered the Vietnam ball cap with name and years served. Really a disappointment to see how cheap the cap looks. Did not appear to be quality as the picture displayed. Overpriced.

Be very wary of ordering from them. I ordered a gift for a fallen fire fighter's wife and I never received it. I reached out to customer service numerous times and no reply. I, of course, was billed for the item. I am now working to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Never got My order I requested 3different addresses because the 1st one couldn’t be delivered to My Post Office Box, the 2nd was My Physical Address apparently they couldn’t find My residence, 3rd was to be delivered to My Daughter’s place of employment never was delivered!!! Plus I paid an extra $20.00 for re-shipping to my daughters employment address… I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN LOST OUT ON $100.00 !!!

I order a coat rack like a tree branch, I paid 226.dollars for it. It is so flimsy that when you hold it up it bends. It is not worth 25.00 let alone 226. I emailed company and the only answer I got was tgey were very busy and would get back to me. They also collect your money under another name bimihair. They are ripp offs. Alberta Wolf

I am beginning to think that all of these positive reviews are fabricated, especially the ones about prompt delivery. I ordered a military bomber jacket on Christmas Day and got an email 3 days later saying that the order had been received. January 9 I got another email stating that my order was “almost there” including a tracking number which is vague and useless. I sent another email stating my displeasure and got a response within an hour that I would be contacted the next business day and that has not happened. I will never do business with this company again and would strongly encourage others not to as well.
