Hi i read the reviews for Aeticon & have to admit, I was nervous after i placed the order. I ordered two products from them, a customized, special order, old time accountants sign, framed, & a photography sign with lights for my daughter. While the photography sign needed some cusomization on my end i have to say i was TOTALLY pleased with the craftsmanship, the support & overall shopping experience with Aeticon!!! Happy with both of my purchases & would DEFINITELY order form them again!!!

I had ordered a sign for my dad's retirement party and paid extra for priority shipping. Unfortunately, they are not able to do priority shipping, but I was immediately notified and given the option of a full refund or regular mail. Because of the amazing customer service, and immediate communication I went ahead and went through with the order! They refunded the priority shipping that I had paid for and also will be sending it with free shipping!!! ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED!!!!
