Terrible company. Won’t honor their own policies and slow roll the process so the item is delivered even after you request cancellation so PayPal does nothing! Absolute trash! Avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased a 36” metal art sign and spent about $350 on it. “Family where Life begins and Love never ends. The wording is designed on three lines, with two predrilled holes, per line to hang. The product description says no hardware included which I did not see when I purchased. The product did come with hardware but only enough for four of the six holes and regardless of where you rearrange the hardware, the holes that don’t utilize anything have the product springing off the wall. I emailed customer service and their response was basically cookie cutter. The item came with no instructions, in adequate hardware and I went ahead and purchased my own, to utilize all six holes so that the piece wouldn’t bounce on my wall. The piece itself is lovely, but honestly I wouldn’t waste my money again with this company. I appreciate the ability to make a profit, but there is also a fine line. Appreciate where the dollar comes from. For $350 they could have sent another package of hardware out, but instead I got a response telling me that the hardware was standard and the six pre-drilled holes are there for various hanging situations and the product only needs four.

Avoid This Company — Deceptive Practices and Missed Commitments My experience with Aeticon was unacceptable. The company engaged in deceptive business practices, making commitments during the sales process that were not honored after payment was made. Communication was consistently poor, with delayed responses, unclear answers, and no real accountability. Aeticon also failed to meet promised delivery timelines, resulting in orders not arriving anywhere close to Christmas despite repeated assurances. This failure caused significant frustration and disruption. What made the situation even more offensive was their attempt to “make it right” by offering a 20% discount on a future order—despite failing to deliver on the first order at all. Expecting customers to place another order after such a breakdown shows a complete lack of understanding of customer trust and responsibility. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest others avoid doing business with Aeticon. Their “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau unfortunately aligns perfectly with this experience and should be taken seriously.

This website is basically a scam. The shipping times they list are complete bogus. Instead of 5-7 days, I've been waiting well over a month. Nobody reaches out that your order is delayed or follows up. Edit: A month later I reached out to cancel the order then the immediately shipped out the order so that they wouldn't have to give me a refund. The sign came with a typo and they still refuse to refund me.

I purchased a metal lotus flower. After a month I still hadn’t received the ordered product. Well outside the committed timeframe. Eventually the order showed up and unfortunately was significantly flawed. The metal sign did not resemble the website display … random holes which the support people tried to pass off as ways to hang the item. Second/replacement sign was worse! I have requested a full refund which I have yet to receive. Poor quality product poor customer service. I would avoid at all cost!

Stole my company’s art

Any company that would email a customer to propose the customer drop her dispute with Visa in exchange for an immediate refund from the company is perpetuating a SCAM. A provisional credit from your credit card company IS immediate, and this vendor knows it. I didn't fall for this trick nor was I fooled by their repeated offers of a discount on a replacement in response to my refund demands after waiting two months for a rug that never came. (No explanation given for the delivery failure, though I suspect the poor choice of shipper [GoFo Express, 1.3 Yelp rating] may have had something to do with it.) In lieu of timely or productive customer service help I was spammed with emails seeking my review. (Spoiler alert: negative reviews are deleted.) The company address listed on Trustpilot is nothing but a virtual office presence (rent a desk by the hour or month) and there's no phone.

Weathervane arrived in a very flimsy box that was crushed. NO protection for item inside. There were NO instructions on how to attach and secure directions arrows.The weather vane was bent so I contacted Aeticon . They initially responded but offered no solution. Never responded again. After much work with my credit card company (The company could not get ANY response either!) I was finally given credit by the credit card company. BEWARE!! NOT good people!!
