Aeticon LLCReviews of aeticon.com

The item arrived well packaged and on time. We are very pleased with the quality of the finish. The only unsettling thing was the corporate structure. We thought we were buying from the USA with a California contact phone and a Midwest Corporate phone. It was delivered wrapped in Vietnamese shipping tape and posted from the United Kingdom.

Quality is nice. Timely delivery could use a bit better notice of delivery date as I never received a shipped email. But would not hesitate to buy other things

Customer Service was responsive and helpful in tracking down a package delayed in delivery. Initially ordered a canvas print of “Could I have this dance” by Ann Murray, which was played for our wedding dance 37 years ago - ordered as a Christmas gift in late November but by mid Dec had not arrived by the promised delivery date. Having the USPS tracking number was good but no updates after Dec 7. Within a few days of contacting Aeticon customer service the package moved in transit. Unfortunately didn’t arrive until day after Christmas, but with the final product in hand my bride was very pleased and completed a Merry Christmas! Without Aeticon intervening I fear I still wouldn’t have my package.

I never received verification despite 4-5 messages that the cap would be all cloth no plastic mesh. So I would say I worried till the hat arrived. The hat was perfect. It covered everything I asked for and the quality of materials and workmanship was 5 stars. I will definitely do business with Aeticon again. Thank you very much.

Everything went well. The only complaint I have is that I didn't get a confirmation for my order so I didn't know if it went thru.

Quality was wonderful. But, I may suggest after receiving the order only because my mailman put in an extreme effort to retrieve it. I would hope that the company take it upon themselves to use a different delivery method. When a package doesn't get delivered, or mis delivered, the only thing the post office will do is give you a letter and hash it out with the vendor. It goes round and, round in circles especially when a company only deals in reviews and emails. Please provide a better way to communicate. Your products are lovely. But the way to contact you could be improved. Phone number? Please.

Product good quality and didn’t take long to receive

Appears to be the product I ordered and of good quality. Shipping took a while tracking was of limited usefulness.
