Product good - shipping terrible
The product is nice. The shipping was terrible. It took almost a MONTH to receive my order. It was Christmas time, but I would have appreciated a more accurate time frame for shipping.

Communications were difficult and time…
Communications were difficult and time receiving products (military hats) was an issue. Took several weeks to get both hats. However, products were extremely well done. The quality,embroidery were very professional done.

Zipper placed of personal information.
The jacket is very nice except the zip up pocket was placed over the name and stripes. It is not readable. Very disappointing. The personalized name and stripes was lost.

Peterbilt Truck 8 x 10 canvas
The delivery was prompt and the product was well packaged. The quality of the canvas was good but the colour was "off"...the sky, grass and truck were much too orange. It didn't help that the painted edge trim of the self-framed canvas was painted "peach" which just exaggerated the orange hue. I know getting giclee canvas colouring is a real skill--sadly this one doesn't look at all natural.

Do not like size of lettering and should be F-117a and don't like the slide for fitting and workability is crap

Didn't like it stuff in a box that was…
Didn't like it stuff in a box that was to small and the quality wasn't the best for $30 stitching could have been nicer, it is OK but don't think I will do it again. It also took longer than I expected it to arrive.

Disappointed
I was disappointed in that I thought it would be more "rug like" with tufting. To me it is more of a rubber mat.
