Terrible service, its supposed to be fast and easy. But its saying insufficient funds when i have well over the amount in my account with no pending transactions. They have no live help, and their responses via email take days if not weeks. Just bring cash with you, these clowns are just another false advertising company. They're only used because there's nothing else in the market

I love using aeropay to purchase my cannabis! it makes it so easy and streamlined! I can finally pay with my bank account on my phone rather than cash!

There is no way to close my account. Nothing in FAQ's and the BOT was useless! Later in the day on 2/16/23, I received a communication from Aeropay and they closed my account. This is something I should have control of on their website, as it included my banking info. If I had known I couldn't do this, I would not have signed up in the first place!

I actually liked the convenience of Aeropay when I first got it. But I'm getting annoyed with trying to purchase items through Aeropay and it says there are no sufficient funds in my account. When I have over the total amount in my account, no pending charges, and I completed a transaction two days ago. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's really annoying. You all need to do better with verifying and checking accounts instead of wasting people's time.
