Worst 3rd party pay method ever! Takes FOREVER to sign up your account and then when it does go through, you won't be able to make purchases. It will decline telling you do not have enough funds to pay. Even though that is not accurate. Waste of time. Garbage system. Won't ever use again nor recommend to anyone!

Worked well until it didnt. Had no problems with them for over a year, but then I bought from a store that wasn't my regular one and they basically froze the account without a coherent error message or anything telling me how to resolve the problem. I contacted support who took about a day to respond each time and got asked to send them extremely sensitive info like my bank account number via e-mail with no secure form to enter it into, which the first agent could read and then escalate it to another agent to also read. Long story short anyone can make a website, I regret ever creating an account with info that they clearly don't care about keeping secure and I'll be using cash from now on.

My name is Leonard Matos and I been sending emails to ask to change my email on file and nobody responds to them.. I sent the email to their support and still no response … 09/11/25 update still not receiving the 6 digit code to get my money from prize picks… this is getting daunting

I actually liked the convenience of Aeropay when I first got it. But I'm getting annoyed with trying to purchase items through Aeropay and it says there are no sufficient funds in my account. When I have over the total amount in my account, no pending charges, and I completed a transaction two days ago. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's really annoying. You all need to do better with verifying and checking accounts instead of wasting people's time.
