Garden didn't come with pod domes even though they're shown on the product page and described in the instructions. If you ask the company about it (chatbot and support ticket), they tell you don't need them, which is beside the point; it's not okay to say an accessory is included and not include it. Apparently this was an intentional change when Scott's bought the company. After ordering, the website said that, with an account, free shipping is at $49+ instead of $99+. So I canceled my order and tried again after creating an account and signing in. It still charged for shipping. So I'm not sure what information can be trusted on the site.

I don't mind that some of the pods don't germinate. Its to be expected. What I do hate is the "fake customer support". I was sent a link recently after my purchase of my two Aerogardens to write a review. I purchased the Aerogardens understanding they'd gone out of business and Scotts stepped in and purchased the brand, so I knew what I was getting into, and had read many off site reviews about 80% chance of all pods germinating. Which is fine. I got the systems on sale at 50% off and felt it was a great value to try something I've wanted to for a long time. What I hate though is that in my review I mentioned that only 4 of the 6 pods germinated, and Scotts responded the next day on my review publicly for all to see with a link to customer service stating they were "eager to help me". Problem is.. its a dead link. The customer service page doesn't exist. When you find other customer service buttons, for "help chat" you get a "page not found" error. They have no customer service team, they just post the generic response on the page to make other people who read reviews think they do. So please, do know, that the product is okay, not all pods will germinate, but YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO HELP YOU OR REFUND YOU.

Two years of failure and zero customer support.I am incredibly frustrated with AeroGarden( scottsmiraclegro) Over the past two years, almost every single pod that I purchased has failed to grow. The quality has completely nosedived. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. They do not reply to emails, and their communication is awful. Do not waste your money on this brand.

Purchased this in December and after 6 weeks only 2 of 6 pods germinated. Notified the company. They only do credits on pods, no return on the unit after 30 days. That is so unethical given it takes more than that to actually know if it works. Purchased another 6 pods and same result, 2/6 worked. Company is bot driven with AI responses. Spent hours testing pump, water for PH levels, lighting. Nothing worked. A LOT of work for 2 pods to work and would have liked a refund. But got a bot telling me to keep buying pods and keep trying. This is NOT as advertised and they have a horrible return policy with no real customer service.

My first order several years ago was fine. But I reordered this year and only one seed pod germinated. They gave me a credit and I ordered more seed pods but again only one pod germinated and now they will not replace the pods. Customer service is terrible. I will not order from them again.

I received the AeroGarden Harvest Elite Slim as a gift. Only one of the six pods sprouted. When I contacted Scotts they said I could only get a refund with a receipt. I explained that I didn’t want a refund I wanted good quality pods. I sat on hold for several minutes doing a chat and was then disconnected. I think the entire AeroGarden collection is a scam.

Pods dont germinate. So sad because I have 2 XL AeroGarden and nothing is growing. The pods are différents than before and they don’t work. Hopefully, they will be back to the previous pods which was perfect.

Pods not germinating. I have 5 working Aerogarden - 2 of which are the expensive Bounty. Never had a problem with CUSTOMER service until about 6 months ago. Lately, pods don't germinate. When I ask for replacement or refund I need to recreate my history which they should have after 7-8 years of purchasing, but they dont. My recent purchase was thru Amazon. To get compensation, I need to ID the machines, the pod # as well as proof of purchase. They should have this already. I don't expect anything from them but I'll never do business with them again. PS! I don't keep dead pods. I throw them out.
